Meaning when looking at a person you are considering them as a whole person including their physical health, mental health and also their emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing

To us holistic healing is an approach to wellness that is guided by our spirituality and connection to the universe.
One of the benefits of holistic healing is it aims to seek and cure the root cause, rather than focusing on healing the symptoms alone.
An approach to health that considers mind, body and spirit as one.
As healers the foundation of our healing is based in Usui Reiki.

Reiki originates from Japan, "Rai" meaning universe and "Ki" meaning life force energy.
Reiki is the universal life force energy, which flows through everyone and everything. This is the healing energy that is channelled through a reiki practitioner to the patient, in a non invasive way. Reiki is beneficial to our whole being, creating physical, emotional and spiritual healing.
Reiki will help to open, balance and heal your chakras, when our chakras are balanced, so are we!

Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheels or circles, if we think of our chakras as this, wheels of energy connected to different points in the human body. There are 7 major chakras. Each chakra governs a physical and emotional part of ourselves.

Crystals are minerals that hold energy, and as humans we are made up of energy therefore we can use and exchange energy between ourselves and crystals when we work with them. Each crystal has a different energy and frequency as they are made up of different elements and compounds which means they naturally have the ability to aid and help with different things. Crystals can help with physical symptoms as well as mental, emotional and spiritual, making them the perfect accompaniment to a holistic healing.

Meditation is a practise that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques.
