How long is an appointment?

Axpproximate timings are listed on our services page, however these are a guide and can be subject to change dependent on what is needed in the appointment.

What should I wear?

There is no right or wrong thing to wear. However considering you will be lying down for a period of time we suggest something that you feel comfortable in.

What should I expect?

All healings are incredibly personal and individual, the energy you receive will work differently to each person. During the healing process people  can  experience different sensations, including hotness, coldness, tingling and an emotional release, this is the energy working its way through your body. You may also experience after effects, such as tiredness, or an excess of energy. We will give you aftercare advice and will be on hand if you were concerned with anything you may feel. 

Hands on or Off?

This means whether the healer will work with their hands over your body but not directly touching you, or work over your body and touching you directly. As different healers we have different techniques, if you have a preference please feel free to talk to your healer directly.

​Can anyone have healing?

Yes! anyone can have healing from a baby to elderly: from the healthy all the way through to those who are terminally ill may have healing.It can be safely used alongside medical treatment and other therapies. Healing concerns the whole person therefore it can be helpful and beneficial at all different times in life, not just situations where you may feel unwell or distressed. People may find comfort and help from healing in times of heartache, stress, upheaval and unrest as well as at times of particular joy and happiness.

Appointments and Cancellations

Please contact us either by email or phone to book an appointment. We understand sometimes things happen that would mean you would have to cancel your appointment, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible.
